None of the services offered by me should be construed as a substitute for medical examination, diagnosis, or treatment. I am not qualified to diagnose, prescribe or perform spinal or skeletal adjustments to treat any physical or mental illness. All information provided at the time of service is entirely educational in nature and is to be used at your own risk. Before making an appointment, I strongly advise you to consult with your primary care physician if you have any specific health issues e.g. chronic conditions, high blood pressure, prescription drugs and/ or any other that may contradict with the services, and whether these services are even right for you.
